Property
Avocado oil penetrate easily, it is one of the most penetrating oils. It contains 75 % of monounsaturated fats. It contains 1.5 of unsaponifiable which is the best natural anti-inflammatory agent, with a high percentage of sterols (50% of the total), hydrocarbons (20%) and triterpen alcohols (30%). It contains also vitamins A and D, lecithin, potassium as well as vitamin E.
